Step 1 : Registration |
ONE time Registration.

You will receive a user name and password to enter our system.

Step 2 : Scheduling |
Physicians will provide days and times allocated for
appointments. Our customer care representatives will make the appointments with
the physician's office. Rescheduling can be done by the physician's office or
by our customer care department. Missed appointments must be rescheduled within
five days. An appointment can only be rescheduled two times.

Step 3 : Physician's Visit |

The physician will log into our
system and see the number of appointments scheduled. Physicians will be able to
access the patient's information electronically. All patients will be encouraged
to have their medical files forwarded to the physician's office prior to their
visit. Physician will meet and examine the patient. The results of the
visit are recorded electronically into our system.

Step 4 : Telephone - Internet Consultation |
We have provided optimum healthcare by combining “face to face” visits, telephone and internet
consultation to ensure that the physician has everything needed to administer the appropriate care. Physicians will be able to contact the patients prior to their visit and for future consultations.
Physician will be required to conduct follow up consultation via telephone or
internet. |

Step 5 : Compensation for Physician's visit |
| The remuneration for each physician’s visit is comparable to current established rates. Physicians will be paid weekly for all appointments kept and all telephone and
intranet consultations. Physicians will not have to submit any paperwork to our office to receive payment. The information will be recorded
electronically as the physician performs each function. We will provide the physician with a
complete printout of all functions completed weekly.
